As the current President of the Spanish Rugby League, Palacios has played a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of the sport, both domestically and internationally and recently lead the Wheelchairs team efforts in the RLWC 2021 in England.
His commitment to the game goes beyond his leadership role, as Palacios is also an accomplished international referee, further showcasing his extensive knowledge and passion for rugby league.
